today went for training!
it was quite hard
Did 200m 6 times! Partnered Trisha Saili :D
my arms were aching like hell! It was very difficult for me to swing my arms
didnt do exercise at last when everyone did!
Meanwhile waiting for the trackers to end training, Trisha called macs to order breakfast for Bet, me and for herself to school
after the macs delivery came, we ran to the foyer to collect it and went to the lighthouse to eat:D
after eating, Bet and me went to do a recipe. Will post abt that later
