today went MA hospital to meet my aunty cose she has given birth to a boy baby

cose the pic cannot view in my comp!
the baby got first attack from his older bro who is only 1yrs old!
he went to scratch on the forehead sial
which cose blood! the baby is not even 1 day old!

Just to add, I've gain 2kg over the holidays!

Macdonald Sauce

Utensils needed:

1 Fork
1 Knife
1 Syrofoam plate
1 Paper

Ingredients: (should me taken from Macdonald for the right amount!)

4 Packets of chilli
3 Boxes of butter
2 Packets of mayonnaise
2 packets of black pepper
1/2 container of maple syrup
A small piece of hotcakes
Few drops of Sodium chloride ( you can find it in any cold drinks that is being sold in STC)

It only takes 5 minutes to do this sauce! Its healthy! You can eat this 3 times a day! It will give energy. Its will also help to break down fats in your body.

Method:

1. Firstly place a paper on the table to do the sauce on it( to get the taste of the paper)
2. Pour 4 Packets of chilli, 2 Packets of mayonnaise and 1 packet of black pepper
3. Stir it well till its well mixed
4. Add 3 Boxes of butter
5. Stir it well till its well mixed
6. Then pour 1/2 container of maple syrup onto it
7. Stir it well till it look like a mud pool
8. Add 1 packet of black pepper to it ( to get the taste of the black pepper, Obviously)
9. Stir it lightly
10. Add 4 drops of Sodium Chloride
11. Stir it well till its well mixed, meanwhile put a piece of hotcake on the styrofoam plate
12. Pour the sauce on the styrofoam plate

Now, its ready to eat. You can serve it with prata, pancakes, fries etc. Hope to hear from you soon.

today went for training!
it was quite hard

my arms were aching like hell! It was very difficult for me to swing my arms
didnt do exercise at last when everyone did!
Meanwhile waiting for the trackers to end training, Trisha called macs to order breakfast for Bet, me and for herself to school
after the macs delivery came, we ran to the foyer to collect it and went to the lighthouse to eat:D
after eating, Bet and me went to do a recipe. Will post abt that later

Yo yo yo!
today went for training! was not really bad!
did warm up, drills, run up the big stairs(X8) and 150m(X8)
but i only did like 7 times for the both stairs and runs
was very tired okay!!! then went to Toa Payoh macs to eat breakfast with Bet, Abby, Olivia and Trisha! we were running to the macs to get the breakfast meal. While running, Bettina's slippers has torn and she has fixed it by somehow
we didnt realize that Bet's slipper was torn. So we kept running to the macs!
at last then we msged her then she didn reply. so we wait for her at macs
mean while we went to buy our breakfast. then after awhile she came to macs with this tube thingy which says 'I love you' and 'frens 4ever' I asked her wad is it. then she said that theres this person forced her to buy it. which cost like $6.90
then Bet said no thanks
then a few pple surrounded her and forced her to buy it! she has no choice but to buy it. and somemore the tube it fucking easy to do la.itsjust tube. and theres this gel in it together with a transparent paper which wrote some words on it. and its closed by a styropoam(sp?) paper thingy. and thats all! there only 2 tubes. one she gave 1 to Trisha and anothe one Olivia. waste money hor! Ate sausage muffin. after that Bet went to mix chilli with maple syrup there. while she was pouring the maple syrup, it has accidently poured on her bag! a lot!!!! then she ran to take some tissue and went to clean it! the smell was still there, Obviously!
then Olivia wanted to buy bread talk. at that time, Val called me to help her check the class allocation. then she said that the results were at foyer before 12 ready! then we all rushed to sch! on the way met WQ and Amirah! Happily I'm in 3J :D
I'm soo happy to be in class 3J!!! on the way to sch, WQ told me that I' in 3MM
i got serious scared!but at last didnt :D
But WQ in 3MM D: I'm gonna miss her and Gen
I'm gonna miss those 2J's who are going 3MM
Called Val and told her the results! we were soo happy to be in the same class! we started to scream! she went to drop down the names that I told her who went to class 3J. then Gen and WQ called me to eat lunch with them since I'm not the same class as them. I disagreed with them as I ate macs before that. they forced me so much that I folloewed them. called Val and Cheryl along. Ate ice cream then walk around for awhile then went home. It was almost time for my tuition. And I didnt do any of my hmwk yet! still have lots more to say! lazy type ready! sorry! the time now is 11:55pm I'm getting bored!

so long didnt talk to Yuetong and Valerie

today went training! In the previous training, Mr Francis said that the training will be tough todayD:

then he replied back to tell us come outside cose his on his way to the stadium!

so since it was after training, they wanted to go!
we don have an umbrella and the prata shop was like very far from the stadium

the prata that she ate came out... then we all walkeed to the toilet

it was freaking cold that we decided not to take MRT! so we were trying to take straight bus to tiong. We firstly took a bus to get down at a stop where there is a straight bus to tiong. then we all aligted at the Clementi Town sec sch there. from there we can take bus no. 16
but its like so long! it will go by orchad all
then no other choice! we have to take MRT. we walked very long! on the way to the MRT, I was like telling them that Clementi town is haunted! then. then later on we faced a lot of difficulties!
we got scared on every single thing we stepped! then reached MRT. then from Commonwealth to tiong. then we all split. Sulas and Ovidia went subway to meet SY! and I went back home!
had shower then went Orchard:D to give my phone on repair!
its spoiled D: then screen is blank. cannot view anything! they say they will call to inform me the date for collection

i was late! Hist lesson starts at 9am
